Products Covered

This Shipping Policy applies to all items sold in our store, including women’s tops, dresses, skirts, outfit sets, and all other apparel. Every order is shipped according to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 18:00 (GMT-5), Monday through Friday, will begin processing on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 18:00, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We do not process, pack, or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or official U.S. holidays.

Handling Time

Once your order is received, our fulfillment team requires 1-3 business days to prepare and package your items. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packing. Please note that handling times do not include weekends or holidays.

Transit & Delivery Time

After your order has been processed:

  • Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 4-9 business days, depending on your location.

When combining both handling and transit, the estimated total delivery time is:

5–12 business days (Monday to Friday)

Please keep in mind that weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-volume seasons may extend delivery times.

Shipping Costs

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
There are no additional charges for packaging, handling, or standard delivery.

Currency

All orders are charged and processed in USD.
If you pay in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion rates or international transaction fees, which are outside of our control.
