At Monqis, we aim to provide clear information about how orders are processed, prepared, shipped, and delivered. This Shipping Policy applies to eligible orders shipped within the United States.

This policy applies to lighting products sold by Monqis, including chandeliers, pendant lights, wall lights, and related lighting products.
Shipping Region
Monqis currently ships orders within the United States.
Transaction Currency
All product prices, shipping charges, and order transactions are displayed and processed in USD.
Order Processing and Cut-Off Time
The daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM (GMT-8).
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT-8) on a business day will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed:
- After 3:00 PM (GMT-8)
- On Saturdays or Sundays
- On official U.S. public holidays
will begin processing on the next business day.
Beginning the processing of an order does not mean that the order will ship on the same day. Each order remains subject to the handling time described below.
Business Days
For shipping and fulfillment purposes, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding official U.S. public holidays.
Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or official U.S. public holidays.
Handling Time
Orders require 1–3 business days for handling before shipment.
The handling period may include:
- Order and payment verification
- Product preparation
- Quality checks
- Packaging
- Handover to the shipping carrier
Handling time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or official U.S. public holidays.
Transit Time
After an order has been prepared and handed to the carrier, standard shipping within the United States normally takes 4–9 business days.
Transit time begins after the order has been dispatched. It does not include the handling period.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated total delivery time is:
5–12 business days
This estimate consists of:
- 1–3 business days for handling
- 4–9 business days for transit
For orders placed after the daily cut-off, on a weekend, or on an official U.S. public holiday, the estimated timeframe begins on the next business day.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather conditions, carrier disruptions, address issues, and periods of unusually high shipping volume may cause delays outside Monqis’s direct control.
Shipping Costs
Monqis provides free standard shipping on all eligible orders within the United States.
There are no separate charges for standard packaging, handling, or standard delivery.
Any additional shipping service or charge shown and accepted during checkout will be clearly presented before the order is completed.
Order Tracking
For assistance with tracking information or delivery updates, contact info@monqis.com and provide your order number.
Tracking information may not display immediately after a shipment is prepared. Carrier systems may require additional time to register and update shipment activity.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Before submitting an order, please verify:

- Apartment, suite, or unit number where applicable
- City
- State
- ZIP code
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact info@monqis.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has begun.
Delivery Delays
Carrier delays, severe weather, service interruptions, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside Monqis’s direct control may extend the estimated delivery timeframe.
If your tracking information has not updated or your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number so that we can review the available shipment information.
