At Lune Velvet, we want every woman to feel confident and comfortable in what she wears. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we are here to help. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders delivered within the United States and outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for our apparel items, including tops, dresses, skirts, and outfit sets.
Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective clothing items. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Items showing signs of wear, makeup stains, deodorant marks, washing, stretching, or alterations may not be eligible for return.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or style, we are happy to offer exchanges within the same 30-day return window.
Eligible exchange conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Exchanges can be made for the same product, or another product of equal value, depending on stock availability.
- Once your return is approved and shipped back to us, we will process the exchange right away.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin your return or exchange:
- Email us at info@lunevelvet.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request within 48 business hours.
- Once approved, we will send you a free prepaid return label via email.
- Print the label, attach it to your return package, and drop it off at the designated carrier.
Only returns shipped using our provided label will be accepted.
Costs & Fees
- Returns and exchanges are completely free.
- No restocking fees.
- Lune Velvet covers the full cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once your returned item arrives and passes inspection:
- Your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been completed.
Please note: All refunds are issued in USD. For payments made in other currencies, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or fees beyond our control.
