How to Submit an Opt-Out Request

Please include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account, order, or website interaction
- Your state of residence
- A clear statement that you are requesting to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
Please do not include payment-card details, passwords, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information in your email.

Please select or enter “Privacy Request” as the reason for contacting us and state that you wish to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
Browser-Based Privacy Signals
Where required by applicable law, Monqis will treat a recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out for the browser or device sending the signal.
Browser-based signals may apply only to the browser or device from which they are sent. To associate a request with additional information connected to you, you may also need to submit a request using one of the contact methods above.
What Happens After You Submit a Request
After receiving your request, Monqis will:
- Review the information provided with the request.
- Take reasonable steps to identify the browser, account, email address, or other information connected to the request.
- Apply the requested privacy preference where required by applicable law.
- Contact you if additional information is reasonably necessary to process the request.
- Provide a response or confirmation as required by applicable law.
Monqis may retain limited information about your request when reasonably necessary to document and maintain your privacy preference.
Verification
An opt-out request generally does not require you to provide extensive identity documentation.
However, Monqis may request limited additional information when reasonably necessary to locate your information, prevent fraudulent requests, or determine whether the request applies under relevant law.
Monqis will not ask you to provide your account password or full payment-card information to submit an opt-out request.
Authorized Agents
Where permitted by applicable law, you may authorize another person to submit a privacy request on your behalf.
Monqis may request reasonable evidence showing that the person is authorized to act for you. We may also contact you directly to confirm the request when permitted by law.
Non-Discrimination
Monqis will not unlawfully discriminate against you because you exercised an applicable privacy right.
Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful:
- Denial of products or services
- Charging of a different price
- Provision of a different level or quality of service
- Retaliation or unfavorable treatment
This does not prevent Monqis from taking actions that are reasonably permitted under applicable law.
